The International Lightning Protection Association (ILPA) will hold its first symposium at the Polytechnic University of Valencia next November. This international meeting will be a great opportunity for scientists, engineers, architects, installers and other professionals of the electrical sector related to lightning protection systems.

 In this meeting, experiences about the different branches regarding lightning protection systems will be discussed and shared. Among others, topics will deal with: design, experiences and practices, laboratory and in situ tests, lightning physics and standardization.
